Check it, this week we got yet another beat tape makin’ it as the Hip Hop Album of the Week. It’s more of an album since it has a lot of features, but most of the album is beats. So, Union is an underground French-duo featuring OJ and Gold. These two teamed up with some of hip hop’s finest such as, Talib Kweli, MF DOOM, Rapper Big Pooh and more, to release their debut album Analogtronics through Fat Beats Records. This album is crazy. It’s like hip hop mashed with electronic mashed with a little bit of trip-hop, or downtempo, or house… I can’t really put my finger on it. If you guys can, more power to ya. Anyways, the production is fantastic; these two really have their musical talents on point. The cover really resembles the music you will hear on this album… colorful and abstract. So, my rating…

9.5/10

I recommend this album to any fan of electronic hip hop and artists such as Flying Lotus, TOKiMONSTA, and pretty much anyone on the Brainfeeder label.
