So I got wind through some articles and whatever that the legend Premo (of Gang Starr) and Detroit superstar Eminem were talking of a collabo. Whether it’s just a track or a whole project, I think this news needed to be heard. Nowadays it seems the old school is blendin in with the new school and mainstream. Apparently DJ Premier, after hearing Em rap over his beat the BET’s a few years back, admired the Rapper of the Decade’s skill on the mic. They began to talk about workin together. DJ Premier was quoted as saying:
“Me and Eminem spoke about a year ago…and got to kick it face to face. We had a good conversation… I knew if I was going to be working on Eminem tracks, I can’t be working on anything else. Strictly Eminem… I know it will be great…”
